By accessing or using TheGrappling.app ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Physical Activity Disclaimer
You assume all risk of injury associated with analyzing or practicing techniques found in this application. Always consult a qualified instructor and medical professional before beginning any training program.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and account used to access the Service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. User Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use, store, and process it for the purpose of providing theService (e.g., generating AI summaries).
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations, or to upload content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on the rights of others.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Stripe portal.
7. AI Limitations
The Grappling App uses artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) to analyze text and video. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or correctness of AI-generated insights. AI hallucinations can occur. Use your own judgment and expert advice.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
