We know what it's like to leave class, inspired by a new technique, only to forget the details by the next session. That frustration is why we built theGrappling.app.
It started with a simple problem: after every class, we'd learn incredible techniques from our coaches, roll with training partners, and have breakthrough moments—but by the time we got home, the details would start to fade. We tried notebooks, note apps, even voice memos. Nothing stuck.
We wanted something that would grow with us. Something that could not only store what we learned, but help us see how everything connects—how that sweep from half guard leads to mount, how that grip break opens up the armbar, how our game is actually a system of interconnected techniques.
So we built it. theGrappling.app is the training journal we wished we had from day one. It's where you log sessions, build visual flowcharts of your game, store your roll footage, and let AI help you find patterns you'd never see on your own.
We're not just building an app—we're building a tool that helps you become the grappler you want to be.
Our values guide every feature we build and every decision we make.
Showing up consistently matters more than being perfect. We help you track the journey, not just the destination.
Real improvement happens on the mats. We support your training, not replace it.
BJJ is built on the people who train together. We're part of this community, not outsiders looking in.
We train too. Every feature comes from real problems we've faced in our own journeys.
Got questions, feedback, or just want to chat about BJJ? We'd love to hear from you.
